We all wait for summer like a holiday and especially want to please our weather-weary skin. When I picture myself basking in the warm sun, I immediately think about UV protection and SPF filters. Tone
You can moisturize and tone your skin with a single product. Instead of two jars in your cosmetic arsenal can be only one. If you have dry and dehydrated skin, blemish balm with SPF 20 to 50 will do the job just fine. If your skin is oily or combination skin, and you suffer from redness, try a CC cream (corrective cream) with the same level of SPF (20-50). This particular product usually has a grayish-green tint, quickly adapts to your skin tone, gives a translucent toning effect and a matte finish. In addition to an oily sheen on your skin, are you worried about its porous texture? Try adding a magic mousse to your makeup bag. Corrector
I hope everyone knows that we by no means tint the skin around the eyes with face toner. For summer makeup, a lighter version of a special concealer will work for us. With its main task – to give your skin a nice tan shade – it will also do a great job. Of course, there is a little secret: it is important to choose the right shade. To do this, rub the bronzer on your bend of the elbow and look at the tint – the shade should be as “native” to your skin as possible, without any reddish or reddish undertones.
Now we’re ready to move on to waterproof textures. They are not afraid of water procedures, so you can dive into the pool, take a romantic walk in the rain and cry from happiness.
Waterproof eyebrow makeup
A salvation for those beauties, who were not endowed by nature with bushy eyebrows. The ideal remedy exists – it’s gel water-resistant “pomade” for the eyebrows (brow liner gel). It is called “fondant” because of the similarity of its texture to a classic lip product. Its advantages are easy application, good coverage, possibility of touch-up, fast fixation on skin. The variety of shades is just as impressive.
Another miracle, which pleased us with many brands – water-resistant shade mascara for eyebrows. In summer when the hairs quickly burn in the sun, it’s a great option to keep your eyebrows in a groomed state between visits to the eyebrow specialist. The mascara both permeates the hairs and fixes them reliably. Try to pick up the shade in the tone of the hair roots.
Eye Makeup
This summer’s expressive look is more relevant than ever. And it’s not just fashion. If you know the technique of perfect arrows, then the morning eye makeup will take only a couple of minutes. Our perfect ally is waterproof gel eyeliner. This magic product will allow you to create graphic lines of any complexity. This summer’s trend is creative arrows in the style of the 60s, such as those worn by Twiggy, Audrey Hepburn and Brigitte Bardot. Feel free to experiment with the shades. Eucalyan plum, purple, navy blue, ultramarine and all nuances of emerald are at the peak of popularity.
If a pair of eyeliner + a thin brush still scares you, then try another water-resistant eye contour product. It’s everyone’s favorite for its easy-to-handle kajal pencil. The label “kayal” means that the product is designed to blot a water line (mucus) along the lower lash line. Therefore, the texture of the kajal pencil is softer and looser than a regular cosmetic pencil. Often, this kind of contour gives 100% water-resistant coverage. Remember, the pencil will allow to draw a more velvety, wide, as if slightly blurred line. For blondes and shades, I recommend only highlighting the upper lash line. Then your look will seem more open and your lashes will be thicker. Brunettes with expressive eyes can afford to dye the bottom kajal. Your image will immediately take on an oriental flavor and emphasize sexuality.
A summer option for our eyelashes is waterproof mascara. Ready to be bright? Then you should definitely try colored mascara! Violet visually removes the brown pigmentation on the eyelids, blue and green will perfectly emphasize the eye shade. If you’re using colored mascara solo (without eyeliner), here’s a tip for you: apply two coats of colored mascara to your lashes, and then take the black mascara and dab it on just the roots of your lashes by the eye contour.
Lip Makeup
My favorite multipurpose product – it’s waterproof lip tint, or as it is often called by customers, “matte lip gloss” (men’s brains explode at this point, but we know what this wonder means). Waterproof liquid lipstick, conveniently packaged in a tube of the usual gloss with a brush, instantly became a girl’s favorite. First of all, this product can be applied on your lips and you do not have to worry about its safety till the evening. The color and shape hold up flawlessly. Secondly, it’s the perfect waterproof cream blush. Quickly fluff up the shade with your fingers on the protruding parts of your cheeks and you’ll have a blooming, rested look all day long. It’s important to remember that all waterproof textures require a special makeup remover. Try a two-phase makeup remover or a hydrophilic oil. These are the products that instantly dissolve waterproof textures and make the makeup removal process enjoyable.
Extras
In hot weather, I make sure to have thermal water in my purse. This lifesaver instantly refreshes and hydrates your skin and, as a bonus, fixes your makeup. Spray the thermal water at least 30 cm away from your face at a 40-degree angle. If your skin is dry and hypersensitive, replace the thermal water with a special moisturizing face spray.
